Luchetti & Partners will only act upon formal engagement, proof of your identity and authorisation to process your personal data in accordance with the italian Privacy Code (D. Lgs. 196/2003).

Data Protection

Luchetti & Partners declares that the processing of personal data collected in connection with site navigation and/or utilization of services, general services and any other functionality of this web site will be performed in accordance with obligations set out in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (“Testo Unico delle norme in materia di tutela dei dati personali” -“Data Protection Code”).

Fees and Expenses

The professional fee structure is based on the National Board of Legal Practice approved tariffs. Fees are subject to IVA of 20% and a 2% CAP cassa di previdenza contribution. Fees do not include disbursements or other professional’s fees.

We can provide estimates for fees likely to be incurred with a particular matter, although in the case of civil proceedings, it is impossible to establish exact timescales involved, which means that fees and costs may be more than the estimated amount.

It is customary to ask clients for payments on account of 20% to 50%.

It is our policy to issue interim bills for fees and costs. Final invoices will be issued after payment.

Methods of Communication

We will communicate and provide updates on particular client matters on a timely basis, although we ask clients, when asking for updates, to keep e-mail requests to acceptable levels. In cases of exceptional urgency, we will remain at our client’s disposal for contact at all times.

Governing Law

Our lawyers are registered in Italy as being entitled to practice law and are therefore, governed by the laws of Italy.
