Avv. Sandro Nardi

Born in 1975, Sandro graduated in law in 1999 from the University of Macerata with honours. In 2005 he obtained his Phd from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he is currently a research fellow in Private Law.

Sandro also teaches Consumer Law at the University of Macerata and is a tutor on the Masters of Consumer Law at the University of Rome’s Tor Vergata IAD school.

He has a number of publications to his credit, including contract law, the law of obligations and inheritance via mortis causa. Sandro is aso the author of a book entitled Frode alla legge e collegamento negoziale published in 2006 by Giuffrè.

Sandro practiced law in Rome until 2006, working for a number of important firms, specialising in employment and civil law, with particular emphasis in contracts and inheritance.
